Sat's Training

hellos everyone
Sir GengLin here...

haha
didnt come for training on SAT, due to some unforeseen circumstances
hope you guys didnt miss me too much lols

haha
anyway, senior Daniel was there rite, conducted some games and all
i really hope you guys learn from it...daniel is an experienced trainer... a former cadet specialist
so he knows what you all are going through
whatever you take away from those games, it is going to be useful to you all in yr life, future endeavours, NCC and so on...
haha dun wan counsel too much here le...i m sure daniel did all of tt during training

okay so...for now , i am just going to state some expectations that i have for everyone

Alpha cadets...Commandos of the future
i hope you guys are still as bonded as i saw u all last time
didnt have time for you guys cos i m very busy with preparing the NDP but now since there isnt 1, so focus will soon be back to you guys..

it has been like 5 months you are given the termed as a NCC cadet.
i hope you guys are behaving like 1 now.
i hope my previous talk have worked on you guys...never forget that:
u are not just any kranjian, you are a NCC cadet..a kranji NCC cadet
so i wan you guys to behave like 1...when is time to be serious, let's be serious
when time to have some fun, let's have fun.
but never forget that even with fun, we must have our discipline.
Commandos are the best of the best, and i hope you guys can be like them, the best of the best...

Sit, stand and move like commandos...swiftly and efficiently
shout out loud and together...you all are the platoon... the platoon is you...
everyone has the talent in you, all you gt to do is just to turn the switch on and on the talent...

hope you guys understand.....

for bravo cadets uh
the ranks of the LCP is the very first rank that you guys earn and i m sure tt it will definitely not be your last...
so i hope to see everyone putting yr heart and soul to it...

i guess the problem with guys are that, not really bonded together...
i can see alot of people living half way thru training...having tution and classes outside...
just think what will your own platoon mate feel...seeing u guys go...
fall in Whole platoon
fall out half platoon
it is like going to war and half of the platoon died out there... very sad
now i know, some things cannot be forced but please do try yr very best not to plan anything on sat from 8 to 2
best Sat is a NCC day...nothing but NCC
6 hrs of NCC per week doesnt sound alot rite
so ya think about yr platoonmates...
i hope this week training
fall in whole platoon
fall out whole platoon
dun wan one more person out ? haha
if u know wat i mean
haha

One for all and all for one.....

for Charlie cadets
wat sergeant alr uh.... 24 people graduated from BRAVO last year...20people went for spec course and gt their rank, so what went wrong
wat happen to the 4 person....
sick
quit
died
just dun feel like continuing liao

if so, what are the 20people doing..
i am not going to state the obvious for you guys...do what you can...i hope to see the 20 become a 24
how are you going to do it? IDK

you guys are going to take over, so i hope you guys are ready for it, to do a better job than the previous batch, i hope
it doesnt matter who becomes the USM, or who has the highest rank...what matters is how well you do wat you guys are supposed to do..
i hope to see a more bonded charlie, a more efficient charlie, a more standard charlie...dun compare yourself with wat u see from other school during spec course...compare yourself with the best...only then will you realise that you have to improve all the time to get that much closer to the best...

hope you guys get wat i am trying to say

To measure, to think, to react....rmb this code...

for delta specialists
pass out liao
pass out liao

i am sure everyone of you is looking very much forward to this...POP day
nothing really much to say to you guys...but all the best for yr O Level

make sure you guys chiong for it...study hard now, play hard later...oya study hard but not too hard
hehe

make sure some1 get into the top few..go up shake hand with the principal uh...show off abit
prove NCC cadets also very clever 1 ...
haha

that 's all
bye bye
see u guys this coming training

WE MEASURE, WE THINK, WE REACT
